There are many books of this genre called self help. However, “And Happy”, is unique in the fact that it gives you 10 habits that you can begin immediately which will bring you happiness. It also unique in that you can customize your prescription to fit you. It is based on some basic principles laid out by Charles Haanel in 1912 in his book “The Master Key System”. The original source of information for many of the “gurus” out there voicing their means of finding happiness. And Happy is a fun read and very well organized so you can use it as a reference tool, to keep bringing you happiness.
